Professional services · Microsoft Copilot enablement
A Copilot workshop built on the work they already do every day
GS1 Poland, part of the global GS1 organisation behind supply chain standards and barcodes, wanted their teams using Microsoft Copilot for the routine parts of documents, meetings, email and data analysis. Together with Apollogic we delivered an interactive workshop that took employees from Copilot fundamentals to their own actual workflows.

In short
The licence was already there, the habit was not
- GS1 Poland works at the intersection of standards development, data management and supply chain optimisation: a lot of documents, meetings, communication and data analysis.
- Microsoft 365 was already their core toolset, but the teams were not using Copilot for the repetitive parts of that work.
- The session had to work for very different starting points, from people who had never touched an AI tool to people who had experimented and got stuck.
- So the examples came from GS1 Poland’s own workflows rather than a generic demo, plus the practical guidance that separates a productive Copilot user from someone who tries it once.
The starting point
The challenge
Get GS1 Poland’s teams across departments using Microsoft Copilot for routine work, document creation, meeting summaries, email drafting, data analysis, with practical examples drawn from what they actually do.
GS1 Poland operates at the intersection of standards development, data management and supply chain optimisation, which means a high volume of documents, meetings, communications and data analysis.
Microsoft 365 was already their core toolset. What was missing was the use of Copilot’s AI capabilities to automate the repetitive parts of those workflows.
The organisation wanted a structured introduction that worked for very different levels of experience: people who had never interacted with an AI tool, and people who had already experimented but needed guidance on applying Copilot inside their specific role.
The build
What we built
Together with Apollogic we designed and delivered an interactive session focused entirely on practical Copilot use inside the Microsoft 365 suite.
The whole suite, not just the demo apps
We covered how Copilot works in Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Loop, Whiteboard, OneDrive, SharePoint and Forms, showing where each one removes manual work the participants were already doing every day.
Examples from their own work
Rather than generic demonstrations, the exercises used GS1 Poland’s real workflows: automating document creation, generating meeting summaries from Teams calls, drafting structured emails, analysing data in Excel and building presentations.
How to get a usable answer
We covered how to write a prompt that produces something worth keeping, how to bring Copilot into business operations safely, and how to judge whether an output meets the quality bar for a given use. That guidance is what separates a productive user from someone who tries it once and gives up.
What changed
The results
The teams came away with skills they could apply immediately to the routine work they already had in front of them.
The workshop was rated highly for both content and delivery by participants across departments.
The joint delivery showed the Apollogic Group’s combined reach: theBlue.ai bringing the AI expertise and Apollogic the deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, which matters for an organisation already invested in Microsoft 365.
The training was conducted in an engaging way and tailored to our needs, resulting in very high ratings for both the content and the delivery.
