What we do
The first step is one process that runs better, proven on your own data and inside your own systems, before anyone signs off on a programme. Nearly every project theBlue.ai runs starts in one of these three situations.
Orders, invoices and delivery notes arrive as PDF and email, and someone retypes them into SAP or your ERP.
We build systems that read those documents, check the values and write them into the system that needs them. Unclear cases go to a person for review.
Contracts, policies, technical documentation, past projects: the answer is somewhere in your own files, and finding it costs half an hour and a colleague’s time.
We build assistants that answer in plain language out of exactly that material, and name the document and page each answer came from, so it can be checked instead of believed.

A theBlue.ai project runs in three phases. Phase 1 takes one to three weeks. Phase 2 varies from four to sixteen weeks depending on complexity. Most projects run two to five months from first contact to a production system. Phase 1 gives you an exact timeline for your specific case.

theBlue.ai works in two stages. The process analysis is fixed price from €3k and is a standalone engagement, so the first number you see is the only one you commit to. Implementation typically runs between €25k and €100k depending on the number of systems involved and how much of the process needs a human in the loop. You get a scoped cost estimate at the end of the analysis, before anything is built.
It gets handed to a person rather than guessed. Every decision the system makes is logged and traceable, and cases that fall below the confidence threshold are routed into a review queue with the reason attached. An error becomes a queue item instead of a wrong booking. That threshold is set with your team during implementation, not by us alone.
No. For sensitive processes theBlue.ai runs local models on your own hardware, where your documents never leave your network and cannot reach any provider. When we use a cloud provider, we always make sure the option to use your data for training is switched off. With API deployments, your data is not used for training by default. Which route fits is settled before anything is built.
Far less than most companies assume, and often none that you do not already have. Language models read the documents and emails your process already produces, so there is usually no dataset to collect first. Whether your data actually supports the use case is one of the things the process analysis establishes, and it is the point at which theBlue.ai will tell you if the answer is no.
No. The system is handed over with full code, documentation and training for the people who will operate it, and it runs on the infrastructure you already have rather than a platform of ours.
