Agata Chudzińska explores World Models and Spatial Intelligence in her keynote

Agata Chudzińska, CTO von theBlue.ai, hält ihre Keynote zu Spatial Intelligence auf der ML Con München

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, Agata Chudzińska, CTO and AI Solutions Architect at theBlue.ai, will deliver a keynote at ML Con, held at the Holiday Inn Munich City Center. ML Con positions itself as the event for Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineering, bringing together developers, researchers, and decision-makers who work on putting AI into practice.

Under the title “From Language to Reality: Why the Future of AI Is Spatial,” Agata Chudzińska puts forward a thesis that is gaining weight across the AI community. After years of rapid progress, scaling Large Language Models on internet text is beginning to show diminishing returns. As datasets saturate and performance curves flatten, a growing part of the research community is shifting its focus toward a broader paradigm, one rooted not in text but in the structure of the physical world.

At the heart of the keynote are World Models and Spatial Intelligence. Visionaries such as Fei-Fei Li and Yann LeCun argue that genuine intelligence cannot emerge from language alone. It requires perception, embodiment, and the ability to model how the world evolves. Instead of predicting the next token, future AI systems will predict the next state of the world, learning through interaction, simulation, and physical reasoning.

Attendees will learn why the next wave of breakthroughs is likely to come not from bigger LLMs, but from models that understand space, dynamics, and cause and effect. The talk demystifies the core ideas behind World Models, examines the current state of Spatial Intelligence, and explores what this shift means for developers, researchers, and the future of intelligent systems.

With eight years of experience leading and implementing AI and data projects, from early-stage startups to global corporations, Agata Chudzińska brings a perspective that connects research with real-world application. Her passion lies especially with language, professionally in the realm of NLP applications and personally as a multi-language speaker.

The keynote takes place from 1:30 to 2:00 PM in Forum 12 + 13 + 14. If you are at ML Con in person, this is a talk worth catching.
