Where you’ll add value

Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLMs
Turn complex business needs into scalable, production-ready AI applications, from proof of concept to long-term optimisation
Write clean, efficient and modular Python code following best practices
Apply prompt engineering, semantic search, vector databases, RAG pipelines and agent-based systems
Help build architectures that connect LLMs with real-world data and enterprise systems
Work with cross-functional teams (SAP, IoT, VR/MR, web) in an international environment
Present results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Follow new AI/ML trends and share what you learn with the team

This job is for you if you have

At least 2 years of developing and deploying machine learning models to production, including projects with LLMs
Strong Python: clean code, OOP, code reviews, ML libraries
Solid knowledge of NLP techniques and tools, classical and LLM-based
Experience with vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, RAG architecture and agent-based systems
Hands-on deployment in the cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP)
Prompt engineering and LLM optimisation
Familiarity with Docker
An analytical mindset and a focus on solution quality
A proactive, creative approach to business problems
Clear communication with technical teams and clients
Fluent English (C1)
A university degree in IT, data science or a related field
