In the exhibition industry, it's very important to track and answer the needs of the visitors and exhibitors to organize events that are compelling to both sides. It shows great potential for using the AI and NLP methods to effectively track and score opinions about events in real-time and react to positive and negative feedback showing up in social media.
Re-work has used Twitterboard, our tool for social media analytics in order to analyze the opinion about the events published in social media. The built-in dashboards allowed us to visualize the data geographically, see the main influencers, and determine any relevant trends.
