A real estate and property development company partnered with theBlue.ai, Apollogic, and Wavestack to explore how generative AI and Microsoft Copilot could be embedded in their workflows. The goal was to equip teams across marketing, technical, legal, and operations to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and custom GPTs to streamline routine tasks, improve content quality, and support faster decision-making. By doing so, the company aims to become more agile, data-driven, and competitive in the real estate market.
Challenge
The main challenge was addressing the diverse levels of AI experience among participants, from beginners to advanced users, while ensuring that each department could see tangible value and immediate applications. Another key objective was to demonstrate how to integrate AI responsibly, ensuring data privacy, accuracy, and consistency across departments.
Solution
theBlue.ai, Apollogic, and Wavestack jointly designed and delivered an immersive workshop titled “AI in the Real Estate Industry.” The full-day training combined conceptual foundations with practical exercises, showing participants how to apply AI tools effectively within their daily work.
The training covered:
- AI Foundations for Real Estate: Core concepts of generative AI and how large language models like GPT can support document creation, summarization, brainstorming, and process automation.
- Copilot in Business Operations: Practical applications of Microsoft Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms for automating emails, meeting summaries, and reports.
- AI in Legal and Technical Departments: Using AI to summarize contracts, analyze building permits, identify legal and compliance risks, and support technical research.
- AI in Marketing and Sales: Leveraging AI to generate marketing copy, personalized offers, and visual concepts for property campaigns. Participants also created a mini AI-powered marketing campaign for one of the company’s investments.
- Building Custom AI Tools: Introduction to developing domain-specific GPT assistants and Copilot Studio agents for repetitive tasks such as FAQ bots, document assistants, or HR support systems.
